Shipping

  1. The delivery period shall commence on the date of written agreement on the order between the customer and us; it shall be deemed to have been met when the relevant consignment has left our works. Compliance with the delivery period presupposes the correct and punctual delivery by ourselves and the fulfillment of the contractual obligations of the customer.
  2. All shipments travel at the expense and risk of the customer. Insurance shall only be taken out at the express request and expense of the customer. If dispatch or delivery of the goods is delayed at the request of the customer, the risk shall pass to the customer from the day on which the goods are ready for dispatch.
  3. Delivery times are given to the best of our judgment, but are not binding. The customer shall not be entitled to withdraw from the contract, even in the event of a delay in delivery or a claim for damages due to delay. Events of force majeure as well as unforeseen circumstances in our own works or at subcontractors for which we are not responsible and which make it impossible to carry out accepted orders on time shall entitle us to withdraw from the contract or to postpone delivery for the duration of the hindrance, to the exclusion of any claims for damages on the part of the customer.
  4. In all other cases in which delivery becomes definitively impossible for us before the transfer of risk, even if we are responsible for the impossibility of performance, the customer may withdraw from the contract without claiming compensation.
  5. We generally deliver ex works. Minimum order value is EUR 100.
  6. The prices charged are those valid on the day of delivery.
