Payment

Prices are in Euro, ex works Steinenbronn, subject to change, including loading at the factory, but excluding packaging. The prices valid on the day of delivery are decisive.
We decide whether our invoices are payable in advance, within 10 days from the invoice date with a 2% discount, or within 30 days net. Payment by issuing bills of exchange, checks, or other payment promises is only considered completed upon redemption. All related costs and discount charges are borne by the buyer. We reserve the right to decide whether to accept bills of exchange for payment in exceptional cases, in each individual case. The assertion of claims for damages due to untimely presentation or protest of bills of exchange against us is excluded.
Upon exceeding the payment deadline for even one invoice, the maturity of all still outstanding, including not yet due invoices, including current bills of exchange or deferred amounts, occurs. Without the need for a reminder, we are entitled in this case to demand standard bank interest rates from maturity onwards, as well as the reimbursement of any costs incurred. The same applies in any case of delayed payment, default, or deferment.
Payment default may result in a delivery delay; in this case, we reserve the right to refuse further contract fulfillment and demand compensation for non-performance.
The buyer is not entitled to withhold payments or set off such counterclaims due to any complaints or claims not recognized by us.
